I really enjoyed every aspect of this comfortable apartment. The staff was friendly throughout the stay. It was located in a very nice area just next door to the buzzy old town,.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is situated in the heart of the old town, close to the sea, and surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. I particularly enjoyed the small but useful balcony in my room, which allowed me to relax and soak in the charming ambiance of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the communication with the landlord was quick and efficient. I also appreciated the convenience of having a small kitchenette in the room, as well as the good air conditioning and quiet atmosphere at night.

devivi apartments was the highlight of our split stay! the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the ferry terminal. the cozy apartment felt like a home away from home, complete with comfortable beds and a quiet ambiance.

Our beds were exceptionally comfortable and the people working there were amicable and excellent, and overall, this place is in a great and incredible location.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, just a quick walk away from the main promenade and the beautiful Marjan park. The compact apartment was super well-designed and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The friendly host went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and organizing an early morning airport shuttle. We were also pleasantly surprised by the excellent nearby restaurants and the convenience of a store right across the street. The small balcony was a jaw-dropping bonus, and the air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience with the family-owned apartments and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a great experience at Devivi Apartments. Laura, the host, was friendly and helpful. She was there to meet me on time and even helped with my luggage. the location is perfect, with restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket right outside the door. the apartment itself is conveniently located close to the old town and has a lovely little balcony where you can enjoy breakfast. Despite being in the center, it's quiet and peaceful. The facilities are clean and the small kitchenette is perfect for preparing meals. Cons: Liked everything. 😊.

The property was close to the main part of town and had a washing machine, which was perfect for our laundry needs. The owner was attentive and always available to answer our questions. The location was superb, near restaurants and bars but surprisingly quiet. The apartment was compact yet well-designed, with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine. The room was extremely clean with a great shower, plus the added bonus of air conditioning. The hosts were outstanding, offering airport pickup and even a souvenir when we left. Truly the nicest people we've met in Croatia.

loved the superb location near the seafront promenade, close to restaurants and bars but surprisingly quiet. The well-designed apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Plus, the host and their family were amazing, providing seamless airport transport and being available for any questions.

Our visit to Split with our little ones was made even more enjoyable thanks to the fantastic location of Devivi Apartments. We were just a few minutes away from the town center and all the main attractions. It was so convenient, especially with young kids in tow. Plus, the apartment had a lovely balcony with a charming view of the nearby old buildings. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while the children played.

For dads, it would be great if there was a designated play area for the children.
